Your network connection could be the cause. But an unnoticed cause is “power saving mode”. Sometimes instagram videos won’t load if power saving mode is enabled.
To avoid such from happening, just disable “power saving mode” then restart instagram.
But if after disabling “power saving mode” and videos refuse to auto play, then clear cache of instagram by going to ajustes > Apps > Instagram > Almacenamiento > Clear Caches. Now restart instagram. I am sure this will work.
