The government of Luxembourg is hereby announcing the financial aid through the Centre de Documentation et d’Information sur l’Enseignement Supérieur (CEDEIS) to students enrolled in programs at Luxembourg institutions who fall under the following categories:

  1. Non-EU citizens with a residence status of more than 5 years
  2. Non-EU citizens with a high school diploma from Luxembourg
  3. Citizens of Luxembourg or relatives of a citizen and resident of Luxembourg
  4. EU/EEA citizens residing in Luxembourg or relatives of them

This scholarship offers approximately €13,000 for each year of studies to successful awardees and other academic fees such as registration fees and enrollment costs are included in the scholarship.

Eligibility criteria

  • Your program must be scheduled to commence at the University of Luxembourg in autumn 2022/2023.
  • You must receive an offer for a course studied in full at the University of Luxembourg. All undergraduate degree courses are eligible with the exceptions of Medicine (A100/A101) and Dentistry (A200).
  • For tuition fee purposes you must be self-funded and eligible to pay the overseas tuition fee.
  • You must not be a sponsored student
  • You must enter a degree program at the University of Luxembourg in program year 1 or year 2.
  • For scholarship purposes, all MArch programs are considered postgraduate taught programs and are not eligible for this or any other undergraduate scholarship.
